This is something of a return to form for Spektor. I did not care for 2006's Begin to Hope, and I strongly disliked 2009's Far. This brings the focus back down to her piano and her voice. The songwriting is still too cute for me, but the album is pleasant. The opener, "Small Town Moon" is my favorite.
